Sorry man, but your portal don't seem to be so much SEO friendly. With the main page opening at website.com/news.php instead of website.com, the Search engines boots will probaly not like your website. It is also gonna be hard to put reciprocal links, because boots won't be all able to see them.
Anyways, your portal looks like Php-fusion at http://www.php-fusion.co.uk, available for Freeeee. Also for those who want a great cms, you should think about joomla, it will do increadibly great the work.
Edit1: I have made my researches, you are just installing e107 in your clients webservers for 50$!!, don't you think it is too much when other people can do this for free. All the information about e107 is here http://www.e107.org/. You should find another way to make yourself money because this one is not going to make you rich.
