the traffic for this site is low and there is no PR yet ,,,, i simply built the site and interested in selling it cuz i am not a professional in bringing Traffic to the site,,, so its better that other webmasters own it and make money from it..
Each of the 2000+ pages has adsense on it , and the new owner for the site can easily put his own adsense ID in all 2000+ pages in less than 10sec.... yes its so simple to update this site or delete any unwanted files/pages...
