The reason I'm selling sites is I have a new extremly time consuming job and wont have time for them, I barely even get online these days
Hence listing at 3 am. I want to sell and close the server so I don't have to pay for another month hosting/hassle of managing hosting, also tbh
Most are listed in google, yahoo etc. Many have over 4k of pages in se's, some have revenue, some have been put up and I never had time to touch them or do any promo. Some have scripts, etc. all legally purchased, or make use of good free ones, varying times left on domains, most nearly a year. All links can be removed. Some are turnkey scripts, some are free scripts, some custom. Some are self running, some you would need to do work on each week, ask me if a site interests you.
As I don't have a lot of time to list here or sell on, (unless stats are stated) I would suggest you check pages listed, etc. and assume no revenue as I dont have time to go into it but all are making from a trickle on adds too $10-30 a day in sales- so just buy if a site grabs you

ONE EXCEPTION: I have a forum vbullitin uk based forum, makes 3-20 a day in adsense and has paid links. You would have to purchase your own VB license. Mix of sites, scripted, self running, proxy, toplists, etc. all making pennies, have listings in se's and producing traffic. Lots of potential if developed.
(Handy to have an established sites to show some affiliate's to sign up when your new. Or even just to fill with your (new) site links to get them fast listed in se's, plus revenue and sales potentials)
