Sorry for the delayed answer. While the sites & domains are not new, expect no revenue nor traffic from them. Just haven't had enough time to work with them.
Here's some more information about the sites in the list-
howtocreatedotcom.com - started this site but then didn't have any time to work with it. Comes with its own cms.
learning-to-invest.com - has all original content, ca 50 daily unique visitors, PR3, adsense would do ca 25-30/mo ( like it did in August ), ca $35/mo from linkworth.com. Minimum offer $500, but possibly looking for 1000-1500.
monpic.com - what you see is what you get. Not really a masterpiece. And expect no active users.
Suggestions about the domains
Some of the domains were probably good only for me. But there are couple of others you could use for some good project.
1. Great non-spammy poker domains are hard to find. So I'd think thepokermag.com is pretty darn great here.
2. Saxto.com and saxor.com/net/org are extremely brandable. They are short, just 5 letters, easy to remember and depending on the product/company/site might be a perfect fit. Plus of course...should a company with the name come to the market you could probably get thousands out of them. Min. offer for those domains $100.
