Been spending a ton of time on my new projects and they seem to be taking off so I expect I won't have much time for this if they keep going like this. I already sold my other two arcades, this is my last one.
Site is advertised accross about 10 different sites right now, a couple ad engage ads and banner ads.
Gets between 500-1500 hits/day. Has been around for a couple years, I recently acquired it a few months back and have put a lot of work in to this as well.
This site has been being SEOed constantly for last 2 years and ranks near top on a lot of searches. Starting bid on this is $500, BIN $1000.
Almost everyone rushes in to websites and don't even think about Search Engine Optimization and once Google indexes your sites it takes forever to change details about what they initially see. So these sites had robots kept out until site was tweaked and tuned. Now they are seeing unique custom content, and not the same page titles as 2000+ other arcades, or same category titles, and most recently started enhanced game descriptions.
I'm willing to help the buyer out with the site and explain some of the techniques I used to optimize for search engines. I will also explain what else can be done to the site to help bring in even more traffic from search engines, as well as the ad campaigns I chose to help bring the sites to the level it is today.

Revenue Details:
Site has adsense ads up, but there just stuck there, they could be a lot more tuned for the site to generate more income. Little income from them, been working so much on the site and SEO, haven't done anything to help better monetize them. Prob $25/month right now. Can show proof of revenue for this month.
