[WTS] Most of my ESTABLISHED websites

Hey all, I am selling most of my websites due to the reason I am starting a new line of work and have no time for my websites any more. Included are some of my oldest websites as well as some I made a few months ago.

My first website for sale is my oldest website. www.worldstv.co.uk Its quite upsetting having to let it go but I have neglected it and not updated it for a while. It was made in November 2006 making it one of the oldest online tv websites. It used to be very popular and well visited website until around February when the host shut down, it took me a month or so to get the site back up which lost a lot of its traffic. It still gains small traffic however I am un able to give the exact amount due to the server not having cpanel. It is made using Joomla and probably will need updating. No adverts are shown however there are 3 places to place the adverts as seen if you visit the site. So...

It is a free phpbb forum hosting company. It is a unique design and had many great reviews. It hosts 193 forums and more each day. There is a steady stream of traffic however I have not advertised over the last month so trafic was slowly going down.

You're refusing to transfer my site. Quote from your PM "

You have now twisted your words after I paid to "assist you in transferring". I've already told you that my connection is currently too slow for transferring myself. And if I leave it on your host then you want me to pay for hosting on your own hosting business.

If you won't transfer the files then I want my money back and you can keep your domain.

Throughout the sale I said I will ASSIST you with the move, this means if you encounter any problems I will assist you with it and help you with any problems, I never said that I will move it for you. This is your site now, you have all the files, domain etc. I do not have to assist you with the move however I said I would, I did not at one point say that I will DO the move myself. But I would have helped you if you needed, due to the conversation you just had with me on msn I am closing contact with you on msn and I will not be further communication with your abuse. I have said I would help you which a lot of members would not have done however you tried to abuse this help and twisting my kindness.

I will not be able to give a refund due to the fact you have the domain and all the files, by law you have the sites and full copyright of the site. A refund is impossible,

You used the word assist only AFTER the sale. Your words before the sale were "I can transfer it over however I will not have a free slot until monday night." The entire sale was dependant on you transferring the files to my host as I can't do it myself.
The files are still sitting on your server and I do not have possession of them. Obviously once I receive a refund I'll push the domain back to your account. The fact that refund is impossible shows you simply can't be trusted.

You have the password by that means you have the files. I said before the sale and after that I will assist. None of the sites I move myself, the site you brought was 150+mb you will have to do that yourself or get your hosting service to transfer it for you,
