Quite plain and simple design. Not bad. But you can add some more images and content to give it a professional touch. You also need to remove the tables and flash buttons. Use XHTML and CSS and rollover images instead.

Your website have no quality which should be other site. In your website i want suggest you many features which should be add by you:-
1. You need a graphical logo in your website.
2. Your links are opened in double click, so you have to fix this problem.
3. Flash header should be add on the home page.
4. Color
