You could probably get away with most of the site design if you get a proffesional header and logo done, I would also get rid of the funny glows on the text it looks very 90's.

I think there are more than two. Unless you changed it. New graphics would help with the look.

Let me start with saying that’s its a good tempt for your first website. My first website was bright orange and red.
First thing that strikes my eye is your logo. What is it meant to be? To me it looks like you've opened up Paint and put a few lines in and a circle. The colours are too bright as well. My suggestion for this is to rethink your logo, maybe something to do with a $20 bill? Also use slightly more darker colours.
Next there is a lot of white space. Although black text and a white background is easy to read, its not always the most affective. Take for instance the background colour on here, its slightly grey colour.
Next are your headings. The green and the black do not mix. The green makes them look like a little cheap and tacky. Also the flash buttons, is there really any need for them? They don't really match the rest of your website.
I haven't read the next, but one thing caught my attention.
I personally wouldn't use that on a website. It makes you sound like a poor sales person.
Personally, I would take your current design, darken the colours, change the headings and play with the layout. But apart from that, it is a very good attempt for your first website.

It needs a lot of work for anyone (customers, visitors, etc.) to take you seriously. You should look into reading some tutorials on HTML and graphics (Photoshop). Need to know a lot more before you get an attractice website for yourself

Unprofessional.. Spammish. Change your layout and get a better description then you'll be as good as all the other sites that do this over the Internet :P.

Please get rid of the auto play audio - people don't like that. If speakers are turned up loud you're going to scare the hell out of them because they aren't expecting that.
Next, The borders have to go. This screams "I'm using tables". At least dump the borders on the tables.
Your green on black titles aren't working. Use a solid color - hell, just use a black that is bolded.
Your logo is hard to read.
Good luck.

The first thing I did was say; 'Eek! Tables!', Tables used to be popular to design your website, but not anymore. I'd not suggest using them.
Also, your design looks a bit plain, and I don't like the buttons (Flash buttons are mostly a bad idea! -> Google can't index them.)
Good luck on your next designs .

If you feel at anytime that this is rude, please think again. I do understand that you're new to web design/development, but you must be able to take positive criticism as well.
- Get rid of the tables. Use XHTML and CSS to bring your site up to date. You don't create a "new" website with an "old" design style.
- Get rid of flash buttons. Try using rollover images, it's faster than having to load a menu.
- Get rid of Quicktime. Embed the mp3 into a flash file.
- Establish a color scheme. Apparently you like green by the annoyinly bright colors that you've used. Color schemes are based art Art Aesthetics (ie. complementary, monochromatic, tertiary, etc.). A great color to choose with the site would be Teals or Dark blues, with a bright green.
- Establish a since of spacing on your site. Every component on a site needs it's own space. The footer looks as if it has more space than needed, and your sidebars look too plain. Highlight them by using background colors.
- Logo. Establish a logo. Choose something that you could see on stationery, and use as your brand image. That's what a logo must be able to do. You must be able to take it beyond the website. When you've found that then you've got yourself a decent logo. Keep in mind that you never include "www." or ".com" in your logo, unless it's related to the industry you're in, which your's isn't.
- Grammar. If you think that I'm going to believe anything that your telling me, you've got another thing coming to me. It appears as if you're a twelve year old trying to make a quick buck. Take the time, or should I say take a minute, to run your site through a grammar and spelling checker. I promise that I'm not going to go through how many mistakes that I see.
- After you're through with all of that, post it back up here and let's see how it's progressed. We all like to help, and we love to see you listen to criticism, positively of course.

Everything that I would say someone has already said, But I will say this I do see that a lot of people are telling you to use to use CSS and not tables and I would agree however, that is not important right now. The first thing you need to learn to do is how to layout a site, and that does not matter if you use tables or divs.

yes, I agree with Cheshire Cat, you surely need a better layout and should use some pictures and images to make your website more attractive. Without them it looks quite dull and besides experiment with colors a little bit.

Loads of things you need to change - Go into your html editor and under table properties select o for the table borders. This will make those aweful lines around your tables dissappear. It is ok to build using tables but not ok to display them in the manner on your site
- Turn off the audio. Give visitors the option of listening to it if they want. Auto audio is a definite turn off
- Do not be discouraged by the comments here but try and get better as a result of them. The comments are rather valid so apply the advise given
- Your choice of font and colour for your headers makes them painful to read and they look somewhat blurred so i would change that as well
- Your header? what header?? Enough said on that
- What is the reminder newsletter reminding me off?
- The website loads so slowly that if i wasn't going to review it, i would have clicked to another site.
You have a good idea but delivery is also important.
You do not need a flashy website but you certainly need one that looks half way to professional
Good luck
