Like the logo and the design under the 2nd design. Speaking of 2 designs in one page why are you doing that? It seems you got 2 designs and squashed them together. For example you have one header covering the header to the first template and you can even select the first headers text as well as the header above its text..
Get that fixed and it will be great.
