Agreed with Mark on the ads issue. For the pennies a glass they'll bring in for money, you'll lose way more than that in potential customers. If you spent this long on your layout, then you probably don't want to do that.
My issue is that it's white on black. It's not such an issue in the header, but if you want people to read your body copy then you should make it as easy for them to read as possible (i.e. reverse the color scheme.)
You should also look at having your copy proofread. There are a number of grammatical errors that indicate that English is your second language; this may pose issues with client communications and turn people away from your site before they ask you for a custom quote.
You need to edit your template so that you can come up with unique title tags for each page (they all say "homepage" in them).
You don't tell anyone where you're from (address or phone number). An address/telephone number lends credibility to a business site, and your site is a business site.
I think your site looks nice...but I think it needs functional work (the things I outlined above, among others) before you'll start seeing what you want to see with it.

Have a look at www.kingwebdesigns.com to see how they have integrated Flash in their web site...

Don't present a site as the work of someone else when you're directly involved with the site. That's misleading.
