Its a pretty good idea to have the clouds spilling over the edge of the site. Unfortunately you can still see the lines of the banner. This can be solved simply by using the magnetic lasso tool in photoshop.

Looks ok... Still needs some work though. As said before, first thing to fix are the clouds... to many edges are visible... You need to make them smooth. The border needs to be gone where all of the descriptions are... Use different colors for the description...
However, it is realy hard to advertise it... I would recommend just to drop the project. I have www.addictads.com, took me almost a year just to get it going. People don't like to use it much since adsense and other programs ban the sites listed on traffice exchanges.
My addictads is going, but still slow. I got about 400 members now. I am even thinking to change my content and get out of traffic exchange industry. Its not worth it.
Here is an idea though - the best way to advertise is to use other traffic exchanges. Thats where the majority of people of comming from. Don't use ppcs as they don't payoff at all.
Good luck with it.

This looks very cheap, not alot of content, and i think your design can be better. Take a look at template monster or bloglayouts for inspiration.

Unfortunately, the first thing I thought was that if I'm forced to look at a bunch of pages I have no interest in, and get the same in exchange ... it really doesn't help anyone. The design looks okay, maybe better than my site, but like others have pointed out, more content and maybe a better model would help your site be more successful?

Poor website to be honest, the design looks very unprofessional and it has no real structure. The large box in the middle of the website with the overview looks very poor and very out of place. There is also no introduction to the website like i would expect because you want to attract your visitors and tell them exactly what you are about and how it will help them. You should also get rid of those lines in the middle of the website and put the google ads at the top above a description of the website.

However i like the left hand side with the navigation and the login section, however the rest of the website doesnt go well with it.

Not sure about the clouds as they spill over and u can see the line - touch that up and change it to jpeg if u can - so it looks better!
Other than that its great!
