We have created a site

www.theanalystmagazine.com

It aims at providing quality articles for free. We have number of volunteers joined as per

www.theanalystmagazine.com/volunteers.htm

and are getting handsome visits . Ours is a non -profit organization. We use all our revenue for paying writes and maintain site.

But our click through rate is low. How can we improve it? I tried all mode in Google help. But no use. We are now running a wiki edition

www.theanalystmagazine.com/ci.htm

That has just generated some revenue to pay for our june edition

How can we improve our click through rate?

Pls donotclick on our ads unnecessarily to support us. We need serious and constructive criticisms

We also have a forum

http://forums.theanalystmagazine.com

Which all features we need to include to get more members?

Advance thanks

We have only panel of advisors to maintain the quality of articles. Can any one help us by joining our new panel and advise us in matters concerning site design and lay out?
