Online Store offering Unlimited Warranty

We just finished our online store ( http://shop.foreverstore.com ) and starting to load it up with products. But before fully launching it I'd like to hear what you guys think

.

The main sales pitch for it is that we offer a warranty that lasts forever...sort of an up on the lifetime warranty.

What do you think of the design and layout?

Was it easy to maneuver?

Any other suggestions on appearance, product etc.?

The overall look is good, so is navigation in my opinion. But you should highlight more on the lifetime warranty theme, it doesn't really say that on your site, does it?

"When a lifetime isn't enough..." sounds like you are selling luxury funeral services, and it's also too vague. Why not just say it straight: "Buy product with a lifetime warranty", or something similar.

I would also recommend you to rethink about the header image. It's ok, but by hiring a good designer you would get much better header image with just a few bucks.

While these might sound like I'm missing the point I'm not, the header of your website is something that the visitor sees first. It's all about making a good first impression, if your header image doesn't look good you'll have a lot of problems in trying to sell anything.

That "header" image with grand opening is simply a placeholder. This would be the area where I was thinking of advertising the forever guarantee. So in a way, you put the two together

...now if I only came up with something to put up there

I don't think its that bad, to me it looks clean and professional.

I think it's a great business idea, but one thing you could probably approve upon. On bigger monitors, there is way too much white space, try adding a background so that there is a defined area for the actual content.
