I had to take a good long look at your site. There was something that was bothering me about it but I wasnt' able to quite put my finger on it. I mean the layout is ok, there are really no obvious flaws, everything looks pretty ok to me. But still I don't like it.

Then I finally figured it out: your site is about classic books yet it looks like web 3.0 online marketing blog.

I would recommend you to change the style of the site to match the subject. You should get graphics that match your subject, especially a good quality header image would help. You should also perhaps add a pictures of the books you are reviewing, now the page looks kind of boring because there's just text.

I would also move the Contact - Tag Cloud - RSS feed bar to the bottom. I wouldn't want to scare not so tech savy visitors by having all those buzzwords right on the top.

Yeah, nice but not appropriate design. For another site that design could be fantastic!

For a simple design, I really like it. Good color coordination, properly laid out template, good adsense integration and definitely serves it purpose. Good job.
