Lol yet its in developing phase. Top navigation looks dirty. You have not change the template text yet. No category included yet. It looks completely dirty.

But forum skin is perfect. I like it.

I don't think it's a good idea to place black text on a dark blue background.

holy crap, it's awesome. I love it. Only thing I would suggest is instead of the miscelanious (somewhat arbitrary) icons you use such as the umbrella and paperclip, throw in something more teen related like a cigarette or a beer.
