The website doesn't look good with Firefox, there are quite big graphical problems with it. Perhaps this is because of the 11 errors and over 100 warnings HTML Tidy reports.
Why there is a box of currencies if the only option is USD? And why it's the only option? It would be nice to allow the prices to be converted automatically to e.g. euros.
There are a hovering effect on the left navigation bar but not on the top navigation bar, consider adding one to the top bar as well. Why the hover effect of the page links on the bottom is different from the hover effect of the left navigation bar? It doesn't seem logical and doesn't look too good.
If you want to sell also to outside U.S you should have the measurements also using the SI system (i.e. millimeters, centimeters and grams).
The orange buttons of the shopping cart don't fit very well to the overall color theme of the site, in my opinion.
Your website doesn't allow people to order without creating an account, that's very bad. I don't have to fill in any forms when I go to grocery shopping or if I buy jewelry from my local jewelry store, why should I have to register with your site?
The About Us page doesn't really say much anything about you. Who are you, are you a company? If so, what is your registered name? Are you a member of any organizations? Where are you located at? Do you have a phone number? A street address? How about the names and some photos of your staff?
Your product pages doesn't say anything about shipping fees or delivery time. Why not put the information right there? "Order now and have this ring delivered to you by next tuesday!" or something similar.
