It's nice. I'll have to give you a break on the messy code since it's a CMS template, however, you could still remove a ton of validation errors. For instance, there is no such tag as <bold>. If you're going to use XHTML, then ALL tags must be closed and most of your <img> tags are NOT closed. You also appear to be missing some closing </form> tags.
