Search engines, especially Google, frowns upon those flash intro pages and they get pretty annoying to users after the first 1 or 2 times too. Bottom line is the SE bots can't index flash and there's no indexable content on the page - this is very bad for search engines.
You have a big problem with the flash navigation in that you have used the <embed> tag. That will cause IE users problems in that they will never see your flash navigation until they 'activate' the flash content - that means going thru a couple of screens first. You need to use another method to put the flash in a page. If you go to the HTML forum, you'll find 2 stickies that outline several methods for getting rid of <embed>.
I would recommend you put a proper DOCTYPE into your pages too.
