Nice looking blog, but I would also recommand you to use 1-2 sentences which describe the video content. that's better for seo reasons.

In my oppinion, your Adsense ads in the sidebars are dominating your site, therefore, I would recommand you to use an other ad format for one of them.

Check out your "About" box. The first sentence has a "NULL" statement - unless that is your name. Also, you misspelled Welcome. Probably explain the purpose of the site in this box.

The colors could use some refining in my opinion, but they're headed in the right direction. Other than that, the content could use some categorization. Sure, sometimes I just want to scroll through endless amounts of entries of random videos, but you could at least add a tagging or categorizing element to the mix, so if I'm feeling like only watching animals attack people or "oh my god, what the hell is that?! why did I watch this video?? my eyes! my precious eyes!!," I can watch them to my heart's content.
