In my oppinion, you have too much empty space at the bottom of the body section, therefore you might move the "List of all partners .... " section somewhere else, maybe put it into the footer.

Ya, what he said. or create a right column, most of these open source softwares like this have the ability to turn on or off columns in the admin side.

Yes you are right my friend, actually i just delete lots of low quality links which actually effect my page rank.it was never too good and now its zero so i am now running new link exchange campaign all over again. That is why i cleaned all the links below ones i had which occupied quite a bit of space.
Now i am working over to put something even better there.
