The design is very impressive! I love the orange colours you have chosen.

I would suggest making your top banner the same width as the rest of your forum however - at the minute it is right aligned on my screen and stops about half way across the page. Given that the board appears to be of fixed width this should be simple to change, just make the banner the same size as the forum width

Also, the advertisements at the top of the board ~ may I ask if you honestly make any money from them? So many websites these days are covered with adverts yet whenever I have used them in the past they have generated no income. My advice for your forum would be to ditch the adverts and replace them with a small PayPal Donate button. If you ask all of your members to throw in a dollar donation to help cover the hosting costs I'm sure a majority of them will be willing to oblige, especially if it removes the huge adverts

The donating thing will never work on my site, cause there are many young members.

Very nice design, the only thing i'm not 100% on is the horizontal-scroll. But thats a minor criticism

The colors are nice and layout seems to work. I had no problems with horizontal scrolling as one guy talked about but my monitor is set at 1280x1024 You may want to set the site up to look best at 1024x768. The largest majority of people have their video settings that way. Always try and look at your site through a few different browsers and other computers to see how it looks on them.
