that is shocking for such poor work.

Its all in tables!!! very slow loading not a single line of CSS for the layout even though it links to a style sheet

It doesn't even pass a simple HTML validation, 48!!! errors which is amazing for a simple HTML page (should use XHTML any way HTML is fading out to XHTML).

A very cut shot job you have been ripped off, get your money back until they can be bothered to do a proper job.

not bad at all, however i'll suggest to review your menu/navigation. maybe an additional text navigation on bottom?

I think the idea is brilliant. However, the site could be improved.

If I were you, I'd remove the gradient in background and try to replace it with a single color. I also think that your logo doesn't suite the image of the company. It should be less cartoon-like and more serious looking. Try to also change your color scheme; I don't like how the 2 colors you've chosen interact. You could maybe try to have orange and blue since they are both complementary colors.

A couple have been quite strong in their a opinions using quotes like

"Get the 850 back. No DOCTYPE. Does he call himself a web designer? By God I hope not"

The guy who did it is actually an artist/graphic designer who did all the graphics for the site aswell, i asked if he could put the site together, he made me aware that he was no web genius but as i didnt want anything too complicated he could manage it..

Regarding the errors in validation how easy are they to rectify and what problem will they cause?

First error is easy to fix. Add a DOCTYPE. Most of them seem to be very easy to fix.
