Overall you have a very nice site there. Very clean and useable. I half expected a MIDI or MP3 to automatically start playing; not doing so actually gives the site a more professional feel and not like it was whipped up by a couple of kids on some committee. And yet it's not so professional that it looks like it was contracted out. The font really works here in striking that perfect balance.
I'd be tempted to make just a few changes. I agree with the comment about changing the links on the calendar so the text doesn't move around. I'd also make it more obvious which month is currently being viewed. On the contact page, I'd change the e-mail address links to a different color so people are more likely to click them.
It feels like your site is for members and non-members. That's a great way to create interest in the drumline itself. So I'd change the home page a bit. Tell folks a little about the drumline, just enough so people hang around. You've got some good general material on your About Us page that is a great starting point. (Don't do a "copy and paste", but paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 7, and 8 can be redone slightly to create the right "buzz".) Point people to the forums and calendar. If you're only looking at having a few news items at any one time, put them on the home page. Otherwise put a few select items (the absolute newest and a teaser or two) there and create a news page with all the news.
Those are just some things to consider. Really, the site is very nice the way it is. Good job.
