I really like the design overall. My one difficulty from the marketing end is this: You do an excellent job of selling your product - you have your portfolio, your list of recent projects, your About page, etc. However, there is no clear place where I can push a button to get your products. True, you offer custom services tailored to individual buyers, but posting an e-mail address and an IM screen name is not enough - I suggest a simple contact form with a drop-down menu. Rather than having various methods of contact in the left sidebar, use one of your snazzy icons and make a Contact button which gives them the form, an e-mail address, and any other desired contact info. Also consider installing a shopping cart where a webmaster can download certain sets of your custom-designed icons for a reasonable price.
Essentially, the less a potential customer has to do to contact you, the more likely they are to take the step and express interest. This translates to sales.
