Biggest problem right off the top: zenid=(session ID). Baaaaaad, bad search engine mojo. No session hashes should ever be embedded into URLs.
The second thing is that, on a surface glance, it looked very similar in terms of colour scheme and layout to a scraper site. I know that it isn't...it just looks a lot like one to me. Fixed-width layout, a bunch of text, one product shot, grey text to make it harder to read and therefore seem like more content (at least that's why I think the scrapers do it...not sure why you're doing it)...it really looks like one, dude.
Toll-free fax (something going the way of the dinosaur, by the way), but no phone? That's weird and probably won't instill much trust for customers. I'd ditch the fax entirely and use the phone line portion itself.
The URLs should describe what the pages are all about, not all be index.php. This helps for both users (who look at the address bar sometimes for page descriptions) and for SEO purposes.
You really need a proofreader. I see some minor, but annoying errors such as "your order will be shipped within 2 business day" and "All your payment is processed by". Get someone to take a hard look at your page copy and clean it up. This is a bigtime must.
The cart itself is somewhat awkward to navigate, particularly ordering a product from the thumbnail view. Put the "Add to Cart" button after each product, not on the bottom of the page, so that people can find it easily.
I don't get why the SSL is necessary. You don't actually take payment at any point throughout the site, and the information you do gather, while it should be kept confidential, isn't on the security level of say a credit card or bank information. Seems a little excessive from this end (although not necessarily a bad thing.)
The other thing I noticed is that you charge shipping...UNLESS Fast Checkout through Google Checkout is used. You're gonna get nailed that way on a large order if you don't fix it.
The other thing is that your title and meta description tags, while there, could stand to be fixed up. The description tags aren't very user-friendly and the title tags need to be cleaned up as well so that they're both user- and search-engine-friendly.
I don't think there's anything seriously wrong with your site. This is all minor stuff. But if it isn't fixed, you're gonna have a bad time.
