I really enjoy the site.. I would just add a bit of color, and graphics.. I know you said its not suppoused to.. But colors, and graphics.. just a bit.. would not hurt you

Website looks nice, but i think you need to remove the google ads down the side of the page also i think you should have a footer saying copyright info etc - would make the website look more professional.

Easy to navigate, I do have to say the google adsense under the nav bar is always a thing I dont like Personal preference though. maybe change it to the TEXT ads vs. IMAGE ads so it's not as obvious (I seem to get more clicks on those

Your Template is great and your harmony of colors is perfect, but i think if you put Half Banner (234x60) in couple of your sections such as Featured Download and Featured Windows Tutorial your gain will increase

Hard to answer because I always add to and modify it, but all I could say is I started it about 3 weeks ago.
