This Rating System can be used as a guide for rating other member's sites.

Suggested rating system for site reviews:

10.0 Perfecto!
9.5 Virtually flawless - among the best on the web!
9.0 A "must-visit" site!
8.5 Exceeds all expectations!
8.0 Excellent website - all expectations met.
7.5 Great - considerable effort put into website.
7.0 Very good - meets most expectations.
6.5 Good - better than most on the web
6.0 Average
5.5 Fair - improvements needed but not too bad.
5.0 Below average. -- noticeable lapses in design, functionality, or content
4.0 Needs improvement -- major lapses in design, functionality, or content
3.0 Needs much improvement -- major lapses in design, functionality, and wording
2.0 Should consider reworking of almost all of the website.
1.0 Should consider total redesign

This doesn't have to be used, but can be a starting place. It is suggested never using 1 - 3, but most of those will be submitted here. It's not a good system for comparing sites (like the ol' apples and oranges thing), since sites have different themes and purposes; each site should be rated on it's own merits.

Suggested Rating Criteria:
  • Appearance Colors, Fonts, Graphics, Logos, Layout, Backgrounds
  • Functionality Navigation, Links, Load Time, Bugs
  • Overall & Content Purpose of site, and Does appearance and purpose of site match
  • Technical Typos, Wording, Grammar

If changes are made to your site after the initial site review, you may bump your thread so it can be reviewed again.

Important Note:
If you want a review of your site, please be sure to review 3 other WT member sites before posting your site for review. Make sure you read the rules for this forum.

From Conkermaniac:

School Grade Equivalents Chart:

10 = A+ 98%
9 = A 95%
8 = A- 91%
7 = B+ 88%
6 = B 85%
5 = B- 81%
4 = C+ 78%
3 = C 75%
2 = C- 71%
1 = D 65%
0 = F 51%

Please note: You can get a 7.5, and that would equate to 90%. A 5.5 would be around 84%. Etc.
