I know there is plenty of room for improvement but the revenue is growing each year. I'm in the process of having a Top of the line company work on my site.
It's too plain. Get a better background.
Separate the "LINKS" and "Contact Us" links from the rest.
Center the banners you have running below or at least align them properly.
