1. way to crowded on my 1280 screen resolution. so much free space and stuff so crowded in the middle... space the important stuff a bit from the ads and the menus and basically space out two different things... not much, just enough to actually separate them just enough so that a new user can see them as different from the first look.
2. your website seems like a bunch of parts put together. parts that don't seems to be designed together. i mean you liked one thing on a website and did something similar on yours, and so on. try to design every bit of it for your website. example: "browse by cathegories" is one style, main navigation is a totally different one, member account is a whole new style.
3. you have different types of titles. example: "featured products", "best sellers" on one hand, "read what others saying" on the other. ok, i get why they should be different ... but the first is waaaay to small compared to the second. which would a potential customer be interested more in? best sellers, featured products, or ... "currencies"? i think you chose bad which title should be visible and which should be just bolded.
that's just 3 short opinions, no offense though. have fun.
