If you don't want to purchase a house in Lincolnshire it may not be your ideal site but I would really appreciate feedback on design, navigation and code.

I find the colors are nice and soft

, it has a warm and cosy feel to it, however some things that bother me:

1. a bit clustered, could use a bit more "space", things are too close to each other.

2. too many menu items, and all over the place, its a bit confusing to figure out where one should be clicking at what all the links are.

3. the scrollable area doesnt really work for me, it cuts off the content a bit.

4. the grey background is a bit Contrasting compared to the rest of the site, no relation to all the earthy colors (yellows, beiges etc..). Could possibly be a lighter shade of grey ?

The code seems nice and clean, although didnt try to see if it validates, but in my opinion validation isnt that important

If someone uses 800x600 resolution, the page is not going to fit since you made it 900px wide. Try a more liquid approach. I would also not make it a definite height. That doesn't look good.

Yeah, it's really a professional website. Solor scheme is pretty. I like it.

I think the look is very nice. Professional and clean. I would get rid of the scroll and let the bottom flow down
