Cool site. I took advantage of the "submit your site" feature. I'm not sure if it worked correctly though. It said that all that was sent was the "why should your site be included" information. I'm not even sure if the URL was sent.
Hi - It's a good start - but I'd recommend perhaps making your logo at the top a little bigger. The links on the left are a little dull - perhaps a simple CSS rollover would help. I think the site needs to be a little more Web 2.0 - but it's a good start and over a period of time the design will continue to improve so persist! Good Luck
What is the deal when you click on a category... you get about 10 boxes that look the same and have the same title-header. Are these for sub-categories? Or will each website listing have it's own box?

Good looking site but I agree with earlier posts that your logo needs to be more prominent.
On the technical side you have no DOCTYPE declaration so there is no hope of your site validating.
I'd suggest using a bit of css in there, nice look to the site but the code is like a minefield of tables, you could probably cut it down by 40% using external style sheets.
