I need opinion and advice for the web site design and for logo below.

What should stay, deleted, or/and modified?

This is for a web development company and I want it to be simple and professional.

site looks ok, nothing really bad or nothing really great, in my opinion.

however

1. seems like its a bought template, and if your a design company, should probably design it yourself

2. hopefully, your planning on buying a domain name and hosting service
