What kind of feedback are you looking for? It appears that you installed a script and created some categories.

I would say good job on the installation... because it is working. And also good job on setting up the categories.

I would say the top area is quite empty. You might consider a greater header... instead of google ads

I don't understand. Perhaps the focus of your site (aparently everything in the world) is a bit too broad for me. I would put more headlines on the front page like you have on the lower left. I like your design however, and wish you the best of luck.
