I just looked over your website.
The design is simple, but effective I just think that the font is a little too small and there is a bit too much blank space. Maybe try adding a couple affiliates and that just might do it.
Also, although I have an understanding as to how your website operates, it might be a good idea to put a little bit more information on your home page that could explain to the people without an understanding exactly how your site operates. Currently you only have information about Webmasters and Freelancers and you are only telling people how to find them on your site. Maybe you should mention something about "What" services people can find on your website and even give examples.
Other than that, your site looks great and the idea is also an excellent one.
I wish you all the best with it and I look forward to reading the papers about how you made it to be a millionaire in only a few months.
