Much better !!!

The menu works much smoother and the colors are better on your thumbnails.
I think you've done quite a good job for your first CSS site.

Ok... thanks for the input... I have another question...

Using css... How CAN I make that menu stand out more... Like I was doing with the bold... But without making it jumpy? I don't want to use an "image" navigation menu, I like the simplicity of just the text links, but it just needs a little... something... dunno...

(re: the comments earlier... I've talked with the person in PM, and we got the misunderstanding cleared up... it is hard to see the expressions on the other side of the keyboard, and I mistook his abruptness for rudeness... and he mistook my confusion for arguing... LOL... )

Last suggestion - shorten the "Beaded Wine Bottle Covers" down to "Wine Bottle Covers" and you've got a winner!

Actually, you could use a small background image on your menu, either on the whole thing or just on hover. You can see an example of what I'm talking about here:

The text is text, not an image, but the 'button' and the gradient are background images set on the <a> in the list.

Or you could do something like this:

Roll over the left side menu on that page and you'll see the arrow appear. It's just a little bit to make it stand out a bit.

Thanks for those! I like the idea with the little arrows... I might find a way to implement something similar, but I'll have to make the column even wider to accomodate it... lol... since the client won't allow me to rename the "beaded wine bottle covers" category (tried to once already)

Your word-wrap has been corrected; good for you! Now, if you want "small arrows", look at the source code on my site.
