There's too much text on the page; it's really busy. Too much for a brand-new visitor to scan the page for what they're looking for. I'm not sure exactly what you should do to fix it, but if you can work more "white space" into the design that would help.

I think it looks just fine; alot of great info that's easy to find, unlike other PhP sites that I've seen.

Great site! speedier to launch, easy to navigate & decent looks. I like it heartly, but you need add more of the content to attract users.

Few suggestions:
I think to differentiate the background solid color & content design you could use some border graphic or coding which would give it even beautiful look.

The royal blue color you have used for your links & headings within. I would suggest you the deep blue color similar to your page background.

And highlight somehow the navigation bar at the top, featuring Home | Hosting Coupon | etc...
