Feel free to submit your websites submitting is free and no baclink required. If you do place a backlink then your listing gets featured. Just click the category you want to list in then click submit link on top menu.

Is there no end to directories? Why would you start another one? I've submitted to so many I've lost the track. And the result? NONE.

I'm a bit of a spelling freak, so you might want to correct this:
You can also sign up as a editor and see full statistics of you (your) listing including clicks

Other than that, it looks fine.
