Very well designed. A few things i would consider:

1. Full graphic banner for your web page at the top instead of just the site name.
2. Possibly remove the help page as all it does is re-direct you to the forum.

Other than that it looks very good both style and layout and i didn't come across any functionality problems. Great Job.

You're missing a CSS file? The bullets are plain black dots. This should be fixed.
