The layout seems to flow very well. Good Job.

A few things to consider:
1. I find the bright blue font straining on the eyes, very sharp contrast with the body text.
2. I can barely make out the username and password heading (black on dark red background)
3. The "latest codes" section in the left nav seems to be cutoff halfway through the second picture (i am using firefox, havent tried to see if it works in IE)

I love the header. looks good. keep up the good work.

hi usinner - I'm with cbeaudin on pretty much all he said - you have got to change that blue on dark red - that makes my eyes go totally buggy!

I'm running IE6 and the left-bar looks fine.

If you're going to keep those colors, at least darken up the username and password boxes so it's not so harsh a contrast. Right now, that's like a magnet for the eyes - I went straight to those boxes instead of your cool banner (which I'm sure is what you want people to see first).

Hell if you're going to stay with those colors, just make them black and the login text white. I actually think that the dark colors fits your content - you know, the whole anti-establishment underground culture thing - hey it might not be the easiest thing to read but that's almost the point with this type of site!

The text color theme could use some work, it doesn't stand out very well.
