I think the blue and orange works well together, but you are framing everything off. Try getting more of a flow, I know, it's hard. I think maybe the issue is that there's this white background which holds all your contents together and then with the added orange barrier, breaks it apart. Get what I mean?
Using IE6(.0.2800.1106CO) on Win 2000 and the nav is forcing the contents down. Don't have time to check the CSS.
The nav is too plain for me. The hover effect is nice, but does weird stuff with my IE. The spacing between the nav changes. First the spacing is less than what it is in Opera, the word are right above each other. Now if I hover over on of the links, let's say advertise, all links below it will have the correct spacing (as seen in Opera), but all links above it will still be right on top of each other. Now if I go to the first one and then scroll down it on every link fixes the spacing to be none, instead of the wanted.
Overall the look is on it's way.
This is just something I believe in but not everybody does. The page you are currently at should not be linked on the same page. e.g. the banner should not be clickable on this page.
