Alright I've come up with a new design for one of my sites I like better than the other and just want an opinion on the layout the links don't work but just a general layout critique and graphics would be great.

A good design which I like a lot. I would however point out that on your banner the grey text at the right side gets a bit lost in the blue background. Other than that a nice effort.

I like the design but I think the WM in the top left needs to be sharper.
