It has been about a year since I have done any designing or programming, but I am starting to feel inspired again.

A few things:

[1] Please don't use "Times New Roman" as your font. Use "Verdana" or "Tahoma" or even "Arial".

[2] The COWBOY'S! Common. =P

[3] Is that a template, or is that a unique design? Unique --> very well done.

I think, just from the picture, that your site is layed-out pretty well. Good job.

Thanks for the input. It is a unique design I came up with, and yes I need to change the Times New Roman.

You have done good job but I have few suggestions:

1. Font is not match with your site contents.
2.Upper image i.e. header isn't impressive, need to use clear image.
3. Color scheme should be more impressive.

What's wrong with Times? I generally like it with the exception that it is small.

Update: Check out the site on the temporary domain name here: http://www.etechrack.com .

I am working on integrating it with the forum database, so I can use the forum as a CMS, members will be able to login through the site, etc etc etc

try increasing the padding-bottom on your footer with the advertise about etc. Also your site is a coders nightmare all tables and inline styles mixed with your style sheet. As far as the actual coding goes you should consider going to div's instead of all the table and if you need more classes then make them instead of all the inline styles. Sorry if I seem over critical with this bit but I had to rub my eyes when I opened the source to see what you had set for the padding. there are several validation errors (134 to be exact) you can validate your code at http://validator.w3.org/check some of these things are minor but you should check it out all the same.

Don't let any of this take away from the fact that you've put together a great site as far as the user is concerned I am a cowboy fan and I am bookmarking your site I will be back as a user. Those recommendations up there are for your benefit as the coder to make things simplier on you when you update it.

I like it. Its pretty good. The color scheme matches the logo... I dont think you need to change that.

Let me start by saying this by quoting myself.
Quote:
My rules of web design:
1. The table element is not a design element.
2. Seperate style from content.
3. Follow standards.
This means clean up your code. I almost died when I read this
Code:
<!-- ImageReady Slices (site.psd) -->
Now to the actual design, the colour scheme works, the layout is good, it's nothing amazing, but it works... Also I think bigger and more pictures of the cheerleaders are required... yes... that's it.
