not bad but im not sure about the pop ups in fact i closed the page after a few mins. loose them, they dont do anything for a site and they are just invasive.
Banner and text ads are okie, but please No pop-up
The homepage structure is a bit...messy, you may want to re-position the content boxes
FireFox did report 1 error:

The member online-offline box: maybe you just want to display online members. Actually you can just get rid of it.
