Logo quality is not so good
and way too much info on the first page

That is a good looking site 7/10 for this one. I would agree that the logo could use some work maybe a bevel or drop shadow more color or something like that. I would bring that masthead up by 20 or so pixels to give you more body space or make your logo taller. The colors are great and good use of space. Your title and description tag are huge and need some work or could be considered spam by some search engines. Take a look at this http://www.auxic.com/fa_metatags.htm for some ideas on standards.
