I don't mean to sound harsh, but I don't like it very much. It seems a little bit pointless, like one of those sites that is for an inside joke or just for a few friends or something. And just by reading these four pages of comments, my impression is that you change the layout, etc. way too often. I believe it's better to choose one thing and just stick with it/be consistent. After that, you can spend more time developing your content.
Maybe you should get more people involved? If you really want to take whatever this is farther, try getting other people with more expertise in different areas to help you. I guess there's nothing wrong with trying to do everything by yourself, but maybe getting some more people working with you will make it great in a few specific areas rather than just being average in everything. Stick to one thing and do it well. Then expand.
I think your site has potential, but you seem to be putting the cart before the horse a little bit.
