You've made a very professional looking design there, Innovasolv, alltough, here's a few things you might want to consider:
1. Increase the logo picture quality
2. Change the style of the sub-titles (like Flash Intros and Presentations) so they won't look like the traditional link
3. Separate "Contact" and "us" in the main menu (contactus is not a word)
4. Get rid of the counter in /WebDesigners.htm, you are advertising yourself as a professional webdesigner, not a hobby one
5. Finish up the /links.htm and /Sitemap.htm.
6. Have all your links that points to external websites open in a new window (_blank).
Also, since you are a professional webdesigner, look into the XHTML language when you create websites for customers and so on, instead of using cheap templates. Unless you've bought the single-use rights for these templates, make your own. It wouldn't look too good if a customer finds another website out there with the exact same design as themselfes.
If you're using a template and distributing it as your own, at least give the template designer some credit on your own websites.
Besides these things, everything looks fine! You're a well qualified web designer if you put some work into it Good luck with your business!
