Looks good. The top logo picture should have some kind of nice looking border since it doesn't go well with the background. Something like free logos and banners one... Other than that - joomla, so cant tell you much about the technical part of it.
Also, the body has too much unused white space at the bottom... Put some more news there.
I like the idea by the way...

ok well i think it loks great. the colors black and grey make it look really good.

the only thing i have to say is that you should change the colors of the forum.
just my opinion

i like the color combinations the theme uses and the logo. very simple, clean lines and effective use of color against the dark background, nice job!
