Your <head> tag isn't closed, causes LOTS of validation errors.

<center> is deprecated in HTML 4.01 and not valid under an XHTML doctype.

You can't have a <p> inside an <a>, that's just not proper html.

You've to way too many coding errors, I mean..for example:

So, you've got stuff inside the <head> that doesn't belong, 2 doctypes, 2 <head>s...

Clean up your code first.
Dump the tables and learn to use XHTML with CSS.
Under XHTML ALL tags must be closed, including <br>s - s/b <br />
All images require ALT attribute, even if it's just blank as in alt="" - for a fluff graphic.

The site doesn't look to bad, as previous mentioned by Spin there are too many adverts.

Also try using http://validator.w3.org/ to ensure your page is valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional

use image protection for automated uploads,
also allow specific file types not all.

Looks nice and siple, but too many ads...

As for 5mb limit - too small... check out rapidshare or similar ones with 200mb limit. there are millions of them on the net. It is nice that you don't have a time limit though. Also, you have the files listed... what if somebody doent want to share their files with strangers.

I'm going to be brutally honest with you. I looked at your site, and was driven away by the ads. There's too many of them for one. Two, it makes the whole site seem very cluttered. Take care of those ads, and your site will be 50% better. (No, not on a scale of 1-100 lol )
