Hi!

Thanks for that detailed review....I really appreciate it!! I will take a lot of your suggestions on board. I am not all that experienced and only started the site as a 1st go back in January so I really appreciate as much feedback as I can get!!

I will go through your suggestions one by one and hopefully be able to put them into place....

May I correct you about ezbaord though,.....I know what you are saying about the popups, however I have paid for a Gold membership so I get no popups whatso ever- I know what u mean about them being annoying though...

once again, thanks a lot..!! I will ask you to re review it at a later date once I have made the amendments, and we'll see if I can beat the 6.5 score!!

Hi coldfunk,

Just a question...do you prefer being called Brian or by coldfunk? I don't want to be rude or anything.

Most of your website consists of problems that are not difficult to fix. In fact, almost your entire website is already excellent, and those few fixes will easily bring you to an 8 or perhaps even a 9! If you're interested in seeing my grading equivalents, look here. You'll see that a 6.5 is really equal to an 86-87%, which isn't a bad score at all! I guess I'm just a tough grader after all.

Oh, it's really a Gold board? Never mind, then. I see that ezBoard has changed something...they don't display that Gold icon. Sorry about that. But I didn't penalize you for the board at all; it was just my own suggestion.

(BTW, the board looks really great and it matches your site well!

Hi Again.!

Well, my name is Brian, but I don't mind if you call me coldfunk as it is my nickname on here!!

I have put into place some of the ideas you have suggested...

1) I Have added a small brown home link to the navigation buttons at the top of the screen.

2) I have deleted the bigger "red" navigation HOME button that I had on the pages..

3) I have made the smaller coldfunk logo into a link back to the home page

4) I have removed the bullet points from the article on the fun stuff page

5) I have centered this peice, rather than left alignment.

Thant's all I have done up to now......I will think about the other changes you suggested as they may take a little more time and effort to do...

so that's it for now!! have I increased from a 6.5 yet?!?!?

sweet.

2 things i noticed..

you need content
and you need a better logo.

with those 2 things in mind, you should be able to have a great site.

as for the rest, nice colors, nice background, great load time. no problems there.
