When I click your link, it redirects to http://topsites.bvdesigns.net/?uid=xxxx. There seems to be no way to stay on your homepage. That's definitely something that needs changed.

Nice clean look, crisp graphics - certainly quick to load on ADSL. Only problem I can see is that on the MAIN/HOME/INDEX page, the main content section is mis-aligned in so far as I need to scroll a trifle in order to see all the text. I am viewing with IE6 and 1600 x 1200 on a 19inch moniter.

The site seems to be a little bit bigger in my 800x600 res. I suggest you adjust your layout so that it may fit to other screen res.
Also in your Partners page, it did not have a consistent font-family. was that intentional?
Loads okay for dsl connection.
